5. Any reprinted, cited copyright articles published on the Cloudpick platform must comply with the following specifications:
(1) For non-commercial, non-profit, non-advertising purposes, the source of the author and articles and images must be indicated as "Cloudpick" or "for non-commercial, non-profit, non-advertising";
(2) For commercial, profitable, and advertising purposes, you must obtain the consent of the original author of the article or picture, and indicate the author's name, scope of authorization, and the original "Cloudpick" or "For commercial, profitable, advertising purposes." ;
(3) Any modification or deletion of an article or image shall be in the original intent of the author and shall be sought by the original author and indicate the scope of the authorization.
IX. Others
1. Due to force majeure or other accidents, the performance of this agreement is impossible, unnecessary or meaningless, and neither party is responsible. The term "force majeure" as used in this Agreement means an objective situation that cannot be foreseen, cannot be avoided, and cannot be overcome, including but not limited to war, typhoon, flood, fire, lightning or earthquake, strike, riot, legal disease, hacking, network virus, telecommunications. Objective conditions such as departmental technical controls, government actions, or any other natural or man-made disaster.
2. The validity, performance and all matters relating to the validity of this and its amendments and the validity of these Terms and its amendments will be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China and any dispute shall be governed only by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
3. Any dispute or dispute between the user and the company caused by this clause shall first be settled through friendly negotiation. If the negotiation fails, the user hereby agrees to submit the dispute or dispute to the people's court of the company where the residence is located.
4. After the user correctly submits the information required for the registration process and confirms this agreement, this agreement is established and effective between the Cloudpick platform and the user.
5. Registered users before the effective date of this agreement only need to use the original user name and verification code or password to log in to the Cloudpick platform website to re-accept and confirm this agreement, and then continue to use the services of the Cloudpick platform.
6. Validity of the agreement: From the user's agreement to this agreement or the use of the Cloudpick platform until the user cancels the Cloudpick platform service.
7. In the absence of special provisions in this Agreement, both parties shall use e-mail to contact matters related to this Agreement. The email addresses of all relevant departments of the Cloudpick platform are subject to the official website of the Cloudpick platform.
8. Use the Cloudpick platform to accept the Cloudpick Platform Service Agreement and all its attachments. The final interpretation of this agreement is the property of the Cloudpick platform.
